Hosting Accounts will be automagically set up and activated with in 24 hours of submission. You will receive numberous emails regarding your new account including log in information, server logins, DNS and email help.

Refunds - We will only issue refunds if you have not received the services you have paid for or the tangible goods you have ordered are not received with in 21 working days. Note: m2media takes fraud very seriously and any attempt to defraud our good faith policy will be dealt with accordingly

Cancellations- You may cancel any ongoing services by contacting us directly via email or phone.

Pricing is set to be highly competitive amongst other Australian service providers, but if you have a better quote we will do our best to match and beat it!
